These Terms of Service govern your use of the CoreMemory Automation website and services. By accessing corememory.online or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Overview

CoreMemory Automation website and service terms.

These terms apply both to use of the website and to service engagements, unless different commercial terms are agreed in writing.

1. Services

CoreMemory Automation provides AI-powered phone answering, missed call recovery, SMS follow-up, and related business automation services to Australian small businesses. Service tiers and pricing are outlined at the time of engagement and may be updated with notice.

2. Service Delivery

  • Services are delivered remotely and are available to businesses across Australia.
  • Trials, service inclusions, fair use limits, and any overage charges are outlined at the time of engagement and may vary by plan.
  • CoreMemory Automation will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable laws, including the Telecommunications Act 1997 and the Privacy Act 1988.
  • You must provide accurate information when onboarding.
  • You must not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

4. Payment

  • Monthly fees are billed in advance. Setup fees are payable prior to commencement.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All systems, automations, prompts, and configurations built by CoreMemory Automation remain the intellectual property of CoreMemory Automation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client data remains the property of the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, CoreMemory Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services, including missed calls, lost revenue, or data errors.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, access to services will cease and any outstanding fees become immediately payable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
